Online orders

We must receive payment in full for any goods ordered. Once payment is received, you will receive confirmation via email at the email address used in the order form.

All order will be processed within two days and sipped within five days maximum.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email confirming shipping details.



For online payments we accept:

  • Credit card payments via our secure payment gateway
  • PayPal

Pay Pal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). THIS MEANS IT IS AS SAFE AS YOU CAN GET IT!

All personal info, address, email, credit card and banking details must be filled out correctly to ensure we can send your purchase expediently and correctly.



Our beautiful, handmade Spanish Blossom stock travels over the Atlantic Ocean. Carmen is always busy sourcing new and exciting pieces to send to Tanya in the US. We will diligently work at keeping our stock levels high but some styles and item numbers will be limited. If you see an item that you like and it is sold out – contact us – and we will work with the artisan to restock as quickly as possible.

Prices of goods and services including delivery charges displayed on the Spanish Blossom site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always strive to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, because we live in two different countries, even continents, communication issues can occur that create some differences.


Shipping and delivery

We use a variety of shipping and delivery methods to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible. You can see all of our shipping and delivery info here.


Returns and exchanges

We understand that sometimes when you buy online, the color or texture may be different in person versus on screen. If this happens, we will offer a full refund of the item if it is in mint condition (no scratches, tears or signs of wear) upon its return.  The item should be returned within seven days of arrival at your home.  Email us at returns@spanishblossom.com to announce the return of the item.

The following items cannot be returned: Sale items; sales items where a discount code was used, faulty items. Special/back ordered items.  All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.  Shipping and handling is non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Spanish Blossom offers free shipping (on applicable items) with the understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased. Should you choose to return your full priced item for a refund, Spanish Blossom will retain any original shipping costs incurred.


Sale items

Sorry no refunds or exchanges on sale items, (but if it is a faulty item we will do our best to fix the fault). Please email us at info@spanishblossom.com if you have questions before you buy!



If an item you purchased from us is faulty (due to its manufacture), we will repair, replace or fix it. If it should occur that the item is out of stock or unable to be repaired – we will award a store credit. We will not replace items damaged due to wear and tear.

All products must be returned with receipt or proof of purchase. A tracking number will be need to insure that we receive the item back in our offices.


Personalized items

You might love something on our store, but think that you will love it even more in other color, length or material. Some of our artisans offer our clients the possibility of creating custom products for them. This can be especially handy if you are looking for an extra special item for your wedding day (Maria’s and Juani Valverde), a personalized gift for someone (Ataujia, Liebe Lola), or just something on the color you love (Ginelos, Infinitos Latidos). If you are looking for something special, just let us know at info@spanishblossom.com

In these cases, we will provide you with a direct communication channel with the artisan, so she/he can build up something special for you. When it is ready, we will make it available in our store with a private code only for you. Be aware that artisans work is not factory work, so it will take some time to get built and then shipped over to US.

In these cases we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. In case the item is faulty we will do our best to fix it.


Gift Cards & Store Credit

Gift cards can be purchased in store or online and can be redeemed for items at Spanish Blossom. Both gift cards and store credit are valid for six months from time of issuing. You can redeem these online by entering the code into the Gift Card/Promo Code box in the checkout. Any issues just email us at info@spanishblossom.com

Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the Spanish Blossom site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, because we live in two different countries, even continents, sometimes communication issues occur  and product descriptions or other content of the web site may not be accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.


Privacy Statement
We will use your information in the strictest confidence and will not give your info to any 3rd party spam company. We only collect the information you give to us using an opt-in policy. The info you provide will help us keep you notified of everything we do. We will keep the data for an indefinite amount of time. We will keep your info private and we do not for any reason record credit card information. If you have signed up to our mailing list and no longer wish to part of the Spanish Blossom family simply email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and we shall remove your information. We adhere to the requirements of the US Privacy Act 1974.
